Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹399. For orders below ₹399, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.

All purchases are dispatched from our warehouse located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, through third-party courier services. Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe specified below, starting from the date the order is confirmed.

For deliveries across India, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries are carried out between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week (Monday to Sunday). A signature will be required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt of the package. If you are unavailable, you are requested to arrange for someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to accept the delivery on your behalf.

Sorry Sugar will not be held responsible for packages that are received and signed for by an alternate recipient. Additionally, the company is not liable for any damage that occurs after the product has been successfully delivered.

Any issues related to missing items or damage must be reported to the customer service team on the same day as delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
